What is included with my ticket purchase?
Each person will get a Beer From Here glass for the tastings, a Beer From Here koozie to keep your beers cold, tour cards about the breweries we will be visiting, small snacks, water, along with safe and fun transportation. We will also have discounts for Uber and Lyft for your safe transport home.
How many breweries will be visited?

Our private tours typically have 2-4 brewery stops & can be crafted to include as many or as little stops as desired in a 4-6 hour event. We’ll help you plan out a fun excursion!

Where do I get picked up and dropped off?

That is up to you! Part of your customized experience is starting and ending where you want to. Whether you have your friends meet at your house, we pick up at your office or convention site, or a central place in town like Torched Hop that’s easily accessible by Marta, Uber, or Lyft.

What time should I show up?
Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to the tour’s scheduled start time. We want you to get the most out of this trip so we are on a tight schedule. You will need to leave time to get checked-in, wrist-banded, and boarded before the tour begins. No promises that those on board will not boo you for delaying the tour.
Are the brewery stops the same for each tour?

No they are not. They are customized for each event which means you can pick em or we can craft the perfect event for you based off of what styles of beer you like and dislike. We like to keep it fresh and help you get the most out of Atlanta’s craft scene by changing up our tour partners. We want you coming back to keep exploring! There’s no need to fret because all the breweries we stop at are unique and making quality beers that have been taste-tested for our seal of approval. All stops are subject to change based on hours of operation and special events at the breweries (sometimes big spenders come in and rent them out on planned dates.)

I'm interested in private tours...

That is what we specialize in! Our fleet can accommodate private rentals ranging from 15 people to 50 people on a single vehicle. Pricing varies by vehicle, timing, and party size. Private rentals can be used for birthdays, fun company outings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, graduations, and many more. We are here to help you celebrate in style. In addition to Atlanta area brewery tours we also offer day trip excursions to visit the growing beer scenes in Athens and Blue Ridge, GA to help further promote the great products being made in Georgia. And if beer isn’t your thing (we hope we can change that!) we can offer A Crafted Experience and arrange outings to visit local distilleries, cideries, and the North GA wineries. Beer, cider, wine, or spirits we encourage you to DRINK LOCAL PROUDLY!  You are welcome to request specific destinations or we can craft it for you. Just reach out to us: info@beerfromherebrewtours

How many people do I need for a private tour?

We have a minimum of 15 only because we want to give you a reasonable quote for your event right off the bat. We can accommodate fewer but with alcohol and transportation costs our price-points decrease with the number of attendees in the group.  We can easily accommodate groups of  8-50 but the rates get better when you hit the 15 person threshold. Any questions, just email us at info@beerfromherebrewtours.com.

How many beers are we talking here on a standard tour?

You can expect (4) 4-6 oz pours at each brewery. We want you to try new beer and believe our “flight” method is the best way to get a feel for each stop. How can you judge a brewery by just having one beer included on your tour? Our tours range from 2-4 breweries on a trip and sometimes include a distillery stop.

No question here, You MUST be at least 21 years old
Due to Georgia State Law, persons must be 21 or older to enter the breweries so you must be 21 to take a tour with Beer From Here. All customers on board must possess a CURRENT ID indicating you are at least 21 years of age
Is drinking allowed on the bus?

We do the driving if there’s less than 12. For groups of 15 or less there is a hired driver fee to have beer on board. We partnered with one of the few area limo companies properly licensed to make sure you can. For private tours we can either employ a BYOB policy or we can do tour add-ons and arrange beer packages based off of your requests and likings. We KNOW Beer From Here and would love to be your personal shopper for your event. Most breweries in town have cans or bottles available for purchase to-go. To wrap it all up, we have coolers to put said beer in.

Am I able to bring my own alcohol?
No, the only alcohol allowed on board is what is purchased at the breweries.
Do I need to tip the guide and driver?

We think you will be thrilled with the service because that is what we strive for. Like if you were dining out, you’d be happy dropping 25% no issue. If you had a great time and you think they did a great job it will definitely be appreciated!

Tour is done, now how to get home?

Get Home Safely! We highly encourage arranging a designated driver to pick you up after the tour (hint: rideshare it.) We will have a discount code good for $20 off your first Uber or you can use code BREWTOUR16 for Lyft and receive $50 in ride credits for your use. If you need help before the tour please contact us. During the tour your guide is always there to help.

Do you ever cancel tours?

We don’t plan on ever canceling tours but weather and other issues may occur that will prohibit us from running a specific tour. If this occurs, you will be refunded your full purchase price or given a credit for another tour, your choice.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

There’s a 25% or $350 minimum deposit required to secure your private tour on the calendar that is non-refundable. Once you give us the green light we pay and book your vehicle. Cancellations made more than 96 hours before the scheduled event will receive a full refund on the remaining balance; cancellations made within 72 hours of event will receive 50% of the remaining balance; and no refunds for cancellations made 24-48 hours prior.

What is Beer From Here's Behavior and Sick Policy?
Please keep in mind that the beers that you will be sampling can be up to three times higher in alcohol by volume than a standard domestic beer. Our mission is for you to have a good time but if you happen to become too intoxicated to the point of being disruptive to other bus passengers or brewery guests, you will be ejected from the bus and NO refunds will be given. If you get sick on the bus or expel any gross body fluids you will be charged a $250 clean up fee. Everyone around you will let you know immediately just how gross it is. Don’t be that person!
Are your tours wheelchair accessible?
Sorry, but at this time we do not have the proper equipment to accommodate any wheelchairs on board.
Is there a dress code?
Nope! Dress to impress. Dress for comfort. You be you. We just require the standards… shirt, some form of pants/shorts, and comfortable shoes as parts of the tours may require you to be walking around unforgiving metal brewery equipment.
